McNelly Goldstein, LLC filed suit in Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court on behalf of its clients to stop the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from illegally spending beyond its means

On 9/14/1/7, McNelly Goldstein, LLC filed suit in Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court on behalf of its clients, Matthew Brouillette, Ben Lewis, and Jim Christiana to stop the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania from illegally spending beyond its means and from illegally borrowing to pay for it.

The suit asks the court to compel Pennsylvania Governor Wolf and the General Assembly to adopt a balanced budget. It also asks the court to order Auditor General Eugene DePasquale and Treasurer Joe Torsella to stop borrowing money to finance illegal and unconstitutional multi-year deficit spending.
