Robert McNelly is a founding partner of McNelly & Goldstein. In his practice, he assists businesses and national organizations with transactions, disputes, employment issues, civil rights matters, and complex litigation.

Mr. McNelly is also a recognized expert in land use law in Pennsylvania, and he has assisted nationally known banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and corporate offices in identifying and acquiring appropriate land, negotiating with municipalities and government agencies, and satisfying strict lender requirements. He has worked on behalf of his clients with PennDOT, The US Army Corps of Engineers, DEP, EPA, and county conservation agencies.


Mr. McNelly received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor from Widener University. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New York, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
