Mr. Ermine has extensive experience in business-related legal matters.  He has provided counsel to all levels of management and operations, both in private practice with major Philadelphia firms and “in-house,” including time as General Counsel for two multi-state corporations. Mr. Ermine also worked in the corporate sector before entering law school.  His business experience, both as attorney and client, has given him great familiarity with the needs of, and challenges facing a variety of organizations.

Mr. Ermine has a strong background in corporate/transactional law, as well as experience in real estate and health law. He has developed a highly successful track record in business-to-business collections and representing healthcare providers in Workers’ Compensation matters.


Mr. Ermine graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration cum laude.

He is admitted to the practice of law before the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
